Program goal: Development of startups and small businesses through training and financial support.
Who is this program for?
o Entrepreneurs and small business owners in 88 aiyl aimaks and cities of the Osh region.
o Priority is given to:
• Women
• Youth (18-28 years old)
• Socially vulnerable segments of the population
In what areas can I get a grant? The program supports projects in key sectors of the Osh region:
A. Tourism (hotels, tour operators, campsites)
B. HoReCa (cafes, restaurants)
C. Crafts (production of products from felt, leather, wood, etc.)
Eligible expenses:
1. Construction, reconstruction and repair: costs associated with the construction, reconstruction and repair of real estate,
intended exclusively for carrying out permitted economic activities;
2. Energy-saving equipment: costs associated with the purchase and installation of solar panels, water heaters and other equipment designed to improve energy efficiency;
3. Equipment and tools: purchase of equipment and tools necessary for the technological process, such as machine tools, drilling equipment, transformers, welding equipment, sewing machines, tools for hairdressers, and tools for equipment repair, etc.;
4. Goods and materials: expenses for goods and materials necessary to carry out the approved business activities. This could be furniture, household appliances, billboards, point-of-sale equipment, travel equipment, security systems, IT equipment (computers, printers and other office equipment);
5. Personnel training services: costs associated with training services for personnel necessary to carry out approved business activities. This may include training for waiters, maids, welders, plumbers, etc.
6. Organization of events: Costs for organizing festivals, competitions and other events that are crucial for the successful operation of the enterprise.
What will you get?
• Capacity Building: Free training on business planning, financial literacy and marketing.
• Financial support: Opportunity to receive a grant of up to $10,000 USD to start or expand your business.
Important terms:
o Co-financing: At least 20% of the total project cost. Co-financing is not required for socially vulnerable segments of the population.
o Single package of documents: Each participant can submit only one application per household.
