ATTENTION! The Second Stage of the Small Grants Program has been opened
STEP 1. Submit an application for participation.
To participate in the second stage of the SGP, interested candidates must fill out an expression of interest form (Appendix 1) and send it by email to jip.dclm@gmail.com.
The deadline for submitting the expression of interest form is May 1, 2025, before 6:00 pm; documents sent after the deadline WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
Selection criteria:
To receive funding under the second stage of the SGP, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Satisfactory implementation of the activities described in the project application financed at the first stage of the SGP.
2. Confirmed growth in the volume of sales, works, services declared in the application at the first stage.
3. Confirmation of payment of all necessary taxes and insurance contributions for the previous period of activity.
4. Demonstrated compliance with environmental and social risk management requirements.
Evaluation process:
The committee will evaluate the applicant's completed work in the previous stage to confirm eligibility for the second stage.
Results:
Based on the results of the assessment, PF CRSM will issue an application for admission of the applicant to the second stage of the Program. Selected participants will be invited to prepare a project proposal for funding. Applicants who are not pre-selected will be informed, indicating the reasons for refusal.
Informing about the results of the preliminary selection is May 19, 2025.
Consideration of complaints:
In case of disagreement with the decision, the applicant has the right to file a complaint within 5 working days, the deadline is May 23, 2025, until 16:00.

STEP 2. Development of a Business Plan.
After receiving approval for the second stage, grant recipients submit developed business projects/plans and presentations for consideration by the Committee, with a deadline of July 4, 2025, by 16:00 by email jip.dclm@gmail.com. Documents sent after the deadline WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
STEP 3. Assessment.
The evaluation of the received documents will be reviewed and approved by the Small Grants Committee. Deadline: July 11, 2025
Notification of Grant Recipients July 14, 2025
Information is posted on the SGP website. Within 5 working days, grant recipients will have the opportunity to submit a complaint by email to bfm@aris.kg and jip.dclm@gmail.com.
STEP 4. Signing Grant Agreements.
Signing of grant agreements - July 23 - 24, 2025, in the city of Osh.
STEP 5. Preparation for procurement procedures.
Procurement/tender procedure from July 28, 2025.
